Andrea Joy Cook better known as A.J. Cook is a renowned Canadian actor. Her best-known role is as Jennifer Jareau, a supervisory special agent on CBS's police drama Criminal Minds. As of 2017, the show's 13th season is underway. The series began airing in 2005. Cook was raised in Oshawa, Ontario Canada. Cook has always had an interest in the field of acting. She started her acting career by playing a character in the TV series Goosebumps. In 1999 she debuted in the drama The Virgin Suicides. But, the film wasn't very well-received. The following year, she was a guest in a drama show known as Higher Ground. Few years later, she appeared in the well-known crime show for police called Criminal Minds.
