Antonia Antonia AntoniaCOLUMBIA, S.C. Columbia Police Department officers were constantly searching for Sims who was missing since Christmas, and arrested Taylor Wardlaw in connection with his death. Eddie Brown, 30, was charged with being an accomplice to the death by the Columbia Police Department, officials confirm. Sims was a 26-year-old male last seen at a home at Ervin Street in Columbia Dec. 20. According to the police, his girlfriend Wardlaw reported Sims missing the night of Dec. 22. Sims's body Sims was discovered Wednesday near Monticello Road. Naida Ruterford who is the Richland County Coroner confirmed the body had been located. Skip Holbrook, Chief of Columbia Police says Wardlaw has been charged with murder as well as possessing a firearm in the commission of a violent crime.
