Shailene Woodley is an acclaimed American actor and activist. The film The Descendants, she played Alexandra King who was an addict teenager. In the wake of her performance, which was awe-inspiring of The Descendants she went on to play a variety of roles that showed her versatility. Shailene was able to earn a place of prominence in the film industry early in her career which is a feat in and of itself. Starting her career by appearing in commercials and television series She went on to play prominent roles in Hollywood films.
